-Maintain all accounting source documents and good use of accounting system

-Establish detail guidelines and procedures on all financial accounting in accordance with the Company policy

-Supervise all accounting activities and provide guidance to accounting staff in all areas of

work.

-Ensure accuracy of all reports submitted by others accounting staff

-Review all transaction record (cash and Cash equivalence, AR, AP etc)

-Assist with analysing financial statement on a monthly basis and report any variance to the

concerned department heads.

-Prepare inter-company accounts reconciliation and transaction.

-Assist with financial and tax audits.

-Keep databases in check and filing requirement.

-Overview and Ensure accuracy all account Transaction.

-Controlling and mitigating financial risk and strengthening audit requirement.

-Manage yearly budget, timely and accurately handle budget preparation, implementation,

monitoring, forecast, revision and closure.

-Integrate and implement required financial systems, monitor, track and produce timely

financial report for Management.

-Responsible for ensuring compliance on local tax and others financial laws.

-Manage the day to day Accounting in daily functions and timely monthly closing of accounts

-Manage and control expenses, budget proposal, provision management

-Other tasks which assigned by management.

-Advance skill in Microsoft Office

-High responsibility, Hard work, honest and good attitude

-Good commend of written and spoken English

-Be able to work as a team

-Good interpersonal skills to work with management and others staff

-Knowledge of Sun Systems is plus.

-Can Speaking English or Vietnam is plus
