. Staff healthcare service

- Provide healthcare service to employee upton their approach at inhouse

- Handle 1st aid incidents within company as per company procedures

- Ensure first aid boxes in the Company are refilled with complete 1st aid stuff

- Manage/redirect employees to assigned Doctor/Clinic in case of his/her sickness can’t be handled within

in-house infirmary

- Deliver orientation on healthcare to employee when needed

. Administration

- Prepare paper work in compliance to healthcare service procedure

- Track medical expenses/ claim from insurance company

- Update medical expense to employee medical ledger on time

. Statutory & Compliance

- Work with Gov’t Institutions to ensure no miss out any licenses/permit from MoH, and others

- Follow up and CAP on Audit finding such as GMP audit, OSH, ...etc

- Ensure hygiene practice as per company’s standard and recquirement

- Accountable for adopting own safety behaviour and report unsafe behaviour /conditions/practice of others

. Improve Operational Excellence

- Work on SOP to ensure that all proceducres are in place and up to date

- Routine analysis and report of medical expenses, etc.

- 2-year experience in medical clinic/hospital

- Computer skill

- able to read and write in English
