Jobs Description


- Track on To do lists and task lists.

- Schedule appointments and set meeting schedules.

- Cooperate with the heads of departments.

- Follow up on the assigned tasks from President.

- To organize documents.

- To arrange agenda for meetings.

- Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.

- Arrange Campus visit, site visit and meeting internal and external.

- Maintaining records and files.

- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.

- Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.

- Handle information requests.

- Prepare statistical reports.

- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.

- Coordinates with office arrangement

- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.

- Maintain office procedures.

- Coordinate committees and task forces.

- Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.

- To make operations run smoothly.

- Other duties are as assigned.

- Other tasks are assigned by President.


Jobs Requirement

- A bachelor degree in Education or equivalent.

- Computer Knowledge.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, and able to use initiative.

- Ability to patiently work with people from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, religious views.

- Ability to calmly manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

- An approachable and friendly spirit, easy to smile and a can-do attitude.

- Excellent computer skills with the MS Office Suite and proficient with social media.

- Ability to understand and keep within a budget.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.

- Strong administrative and organizational skills.

- Presentation Skills.
