1.Assist the managing director in day to day coordination and

manage ment of busniness activities.

2.Maintain calendars of managing director accordingly with proposed

agenda and programs.

3.Liase between the mangement and the support team to ensure

smooth operations of the PH Investment Business Unit

4.Coordinate and manage the project tasks to ensure project are well

delivered

5.Monitor day to day financial operations data within the company

such as financial report, bills, etc.…

6.Review any related contract before managing director singed off

7.Make communication both in writing and orally with employees,

members of the HR management team for specific group

presentations and meetings

8.Act as the representative of managing director in attending other HR

events and meeting

9.Attend and take minutes of meetings, both in the office and at other

locations

10.Support Operational performance of the business and provide

strategic plan for improvement

11.Support and oversee leasing and marketing business activities

12.Perform other tasks as assigned by manager

13.Organize business itineraries, travel arrangements, conferences,

meetings and social functions of HRD
