• Support the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company and the Market Merchandising

framework

• Reviewing fashion trends and seasonal changes in order to stay up to date on the latest styles

• Analyzing past sales data in order to identify which products are selling well or poorly based on sales

performance, different customer demographics, and store environment so that adjustments can be made in

future purchasing

• Set up & analyze key merchandising reports to understand the category performance in each store, to know which new styles to order, which items to reorder, the quantity of each item, and colors and sizes to stock

• Assist in preparing budget planning for monthly stock purchases for the upcoming season, and present it to

ma nagement for approval

• Negotiating contracts with suppliers or distributors in order to purchase products at the best prices possible, to ensure that the purchased items can be priced in a way that will sell and make a profit

• Maintaining relationships with suppliers or distributors to ensure that they meet deadlines and provide

high-qua lityproducts

• Coordinating shipping and delivery of goods from suppliers or distributors to each store

• Assist the team in planning OTB for stores

• Prepare reports for effective pre-season planning

• Coordinate with Store Managers for in-season activities

• Other tasks assigned by Operation Managers.

• MS Office skills (Excel skills are essential)

• Understanding of Merchandise and Planning Management

• Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex data, and develop innovative solutions

• Structured, organized & process oriented

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
