1.Cambodia and other dealers and assets suppliers

2.Planning and Daily visits new customers\ More regular, planned, and structured visit to provincial customers

3.Joint Target to improve groups performance in sales, penetration, and profit

4.Weekly meeting with Lending Manager/Senior Collection Officer/Senior Loan Recovery Officer about default customers and review previous months performance

5.Weekly meeting with Lending Manager to review previous months performance Collect quality applicant rather

than quantity by doing careful credit assessment for approval request

6.Ensure the effective communication maintained among team and other departments

7.Report and update to the Dealer sale team about the application status

8.Find out key potential growth of sale and recommend this to management

9.Support recovery team and collection team if

- At least 2-3 years of working experience in sale field or relevant skill set

- bachelor's degree Sales/marketing or Business Admin

Professional English speaking and Computer MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email

-High level of personal flexibility and creativity

- Able to handle working pressure
