- Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or

services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions

- Develop long-term relationships with customers, Developer,

Consultants, Contractors, Architect, furniture manufacturer, dealer…

- Manage customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand,

anticipate and meet their needs

- Prepare, negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and

company needs.

- To perform other tasks assigned by Manager.

- Maintains monthly or bi-monthly minimum goals given by team

- Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates

- Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads. Customer will be

Developer, Main contractor, Dealer, Architect, Manufacturer

- 1-2 years-experience/ Fresh graduated on bachelor degree of

Business, Construction building, Wood working material

- Knowledge about sale and marketing

- Fast leaner, good in communication

- Knowing Vietnamese is an advantage
