1. Provide high standard of payroll and other company's cost verification, audits, analysis and drive accuracy

2. Work closely with HR to improve/standardized employee and payroll policy

3. Own the projects cost allocation, analysis, identify gap and drive cost saving

4. Produce trends for all cost, identify/plan improvement and support processes efficiency drive

5. Liaise with auditor, supplier, banker and other external stakeholder

6. Continuous improvement mindset on processes and partnering with internal stakeholder of all areas of the company, including group's peer)

7. Support budgeting and forecasting process 8. Maintain and ensure compliance with IFRS and internal control processes

9. Own the Business Continuity Portal (BCP) for all cost related information

9. Other ad-hoc task as and when required

- Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA ..etc) is an advantage

- 3-5 years in payroll analysis and cost improvement/saving

- high attention to details and accuracy

- Communication & Analytical skills

- Excellent knowledge of MS office (Excel ..etc), accounting ERP software, BI tools and database
