_ Monitors the expiring contracts and negotiates with customer for service contract

renewal to achieve agreed price increase target.

_ Plans and take actions to gain the new business and recover the lost contracts to

ensure that the targets will be achieved.

_ Monitors repair and Ahead quotation and follow up with customer

_ Builds and maintains a good relationship with both new and existing customer to

ensure their maximum satisfaction and thereby leading to long-term business

relationship.

_ Makes sales visit and closes sale deal in order to achieve service contract sales

targets.

_ Accountable for request invoicing to FAD for all service contracts are under

responsible area to ensure no outstanding billing.

_ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Marketing or related field.

_Schindler’s products knowledge.

_ Sales and marketing skills

_ Good communication and human relation

_ Commercial skills

_ 3 years in elevator sales industry or related business

_ Good command in English

_ Basic Computer Skill

_ To maintain portfolio units and get service contract with price increase in a difficult

and highly competitive market
