• Create Test Cases, Test Plans, Acceptance Criteria as needed.

• Identify issues correctly and in a timely manner.

• Generating reports describing defects and resolutions

• Working with development teams to prevent issues with new products.

• Assisting developers in creating detailed issues, test cases, and others

• Perform testing on the products: Regression testing, UAT testing etc.

Take ownership of product quality and readiness for every product release

• Continuous improvement on the Quality assurance process and tool within the department

• Clear and effective communication of issues to developer or third party

• Provides reports to management as required

• Develop and maintain automation test scripts to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of our software applications.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

• 3-5 years of QA tester experience in Mobile and Web projects

• Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong knowledge of testing process and methodologies

• Experience in reviewing designs, user stories, and software requirements specification

• Familiarity in using automation tools is a plus.

• Some programming knowledge or experience preferred

• Quick ability to learn new systems with minimal documentation

• Experience with tools like Clubhouse or JIRA

• Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision

• Ability to analyze, organize, and problem-solve complex applications and systems minimal direction

• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong written and spoken English skills
