Job Description Summary

The Logistics Executive reports to Supply Chain Manager, manage, plan and organize the logistics activities and tasks to achieve the overall objectives related to profitability, competitiveness, customer satisfaction, service and quality.

•Handling imports and export shipment

•Shipment planning and optimize transport routes and cost analysis

•Working with local customs in ensuring all proper documentation are duly compliances

•Working with other relevant ministry to ensure all proper documentation are duly compliances

•Ensure shipping documents are properly filed and comply with local law and regulation

•Handle storage and transportation of in- and /or outbound finished goods

•Execute procedures and guidelines in compliance with local laws, regulations, ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001, JOS and company's HSEQ Management system.

•Executive the shipments from production to the end-user

•Track orders using functional systems (e.g. barcodes and tracking software)

•Coordinate with Warehouse Workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of products

•Monitor and report on transportation costs and other relevant KPIs

•Keep organised records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders of vehicles, schedules and completed orders

-Bachelor: Minimum Diploma with 3 to 4 years of experience in Logistics handling goods

-Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

-Experience in dealing with local customs.

-Possess good interpersonal skills.

-Language: Fluent in both English and Khmer language
