• Coordinate with management for consultation in compliance and to devise efficient legal strategies.

• Collaborate with corporate counsels and other departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.

• Conduct legal and compliance trainings for employees and others to enhance their compliance mind.

• Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.

• Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.

• Develop and apply risk management techniques and advice for potential legal issues.

• Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risk or common issues.

• Investigate and review employees' and related person’s misconduct/incident from legal and compliance perspectives.

• Handle other relating matters including company’s trademarks, copyrights, patents, employment issues and agreement contracts.

• Provide draft, review, and modify to all relevant contracts, insurance policy documents and correspondence with regulators

• Manage company litigations, arbitration, and other dispute resolutions proceeding

• Advise all the legal matters of the company and provide legal advises as requested

• Additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in law holder and other relevant qualifications will be more preferred.

• At least 5 years as legal and compliance manager experience in a life-insurance company / other-insurance company/bank or micro-finance company.

• Preferable knowledge of insurance regulations.

• Strong command of English is required.

• Willingness to work with team members, good communication, organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work comfortably with internal and external.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
