- Manage and preparing weekly and monthly report of Operation related by ensuring deadline is met.

- Tracking and sorting of all stock from hardware to daily office usage items accordingly.

- Assisting by being the first point of contact for local or overseas client from the leads pool.

- Assisting Human Resource (HR) in terms of necessary documentation for expat hiring, liaising with the Ministry on the process and other related matters.

- Assisting finance in invoice, payment to vendor, processing necessary document related to finance matter.

- Serve as a Procurement Officer for the project, assuring all sub-contracts, consultant and other service contracts, and purchase orders awarded by the project are in compliance with Procurement Policy for International Offices and rules and regulations.

- Coordinate and monitor the delivery of ordered goods/services and ensure through established procedures that all received goods/services are in accordance with the terms and specifications of the PO. Furthermore, ensure quality and opportune delivery of purchased goods/services.

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/certification.

-2+ years of experience in related industries/sales & operation work.

-Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

-Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic understanding on operating Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint.

- Basic understanding on shipping, purchasing will be a bonus.
