·      Develop and drive the company’s overall digital banking strategy and roadmap

·      Review existing internal business processes and identify areas of improvement

·      Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track the issues during transformation

·      Address, prioritize and escalate tasks as required

·      Assist with the development of new fit-for-purpose digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and improve service level

·      Champion the digital tools and conduct training to relevant departments within the organization

·      Keep up-to-date with digital trends and best practices

·      Build and develop in-house digital capabilities to help the company maximize returns

·      Conduct product testing after launch

    Experience banking processes and digital wallet not limited to Digital Product, Financial Process, and Non-Financial Process

·    Minimum working experience with digital product at least 2 years

·    Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) to demonstrate clear interpretation and presentation

·    Able to establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships.

·    Ability to work effectively under pressure with a high-energy and proactive style.

·    Good negotiation skills

·    Experience with Flex cube both technical and non-technical

·    Experience in scrum is a plus
