 Creating operation plans for execution of sales orders, right from ordering raw materials to generating finished goods for finished goods loading

 Lead production, warehouse and maintenance teams in ensuring operational readiness for achieving sales targets

 Lead safety, quality and productivity actions in entire factory

 Participate in optimization of material flows and processing steps, identifying areas of improvement and taking necessary steps towards continuous improvement of operational metrics (cost reduction, waste reduction, etc)

 Responsible for tactical factory logistics operations, including outbound shipment schedule adherence, inbound off loading and processing, and necessary goods movement inside the factory

 Ensure inventory accuracy at the factory and control all goods movement

 Implement process improvement through operational scorecards and WCM methods

 Communicate effectively so that issues are resolved timely by liaising with all parties (external, internal) and highlighting issues as and when needed.

 Monitor and control operation budget.

 Taking ownership of all machineries to increase uptime and ensure readiness for operation.

 Be an advocate of plant safety and energy saving, keep constant eye on these areas and highlight issues when necessary or propose ways for improvement

 Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Production Management/Industrial Engineering.

 More than 10 years of leadership experience in Production, Production Planning, or factory operations

 Preferably having basic knowledge of food safety accreditations (GMP, HACCP, HALAL, BSCI, BRC, etc.)

 Demonstrate excellent time management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure that factory operations run smoothly

 Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

 Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software

 Effective communication skills

 Mature, dynamic with strong interpersonal and leadership skills

 Familiar with general maintenance e.g Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, etc

 Prior supervisory experience and/or LEAN manufacturing experience is Highly Preferred

 Native Khmer language skills needed for this role
