1. Organize resources as per production plan and monitor daily production output

2. Training, coaching, and mentoring of team members, while leading them to achieve

departmental targets (KPI)

3. Constantly finding ways to increase efficiency and productivity (Continuous improvement)

4. Training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and ensuring discipline

in shift; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

5. Respecting company’s EHS, GMP, HACCP and other accreditations

6. Be an advocate of plant safety and energy saving, keep constant eye on these areas and

highlight issues when necessary or propose ways for improvement.

7. Other duties, as may be assigned by management

Application

 Bachelor's degree in mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Production Management/Industrial

Engineering.

 3-5 years' experience in a similar role

 Must have problem solving, planning and organizational skills, able to work independently,

detail oriented and organized.

 Energetic and a go-getter attitude, mature, dynamic with strong interpersonal and leadership

skills.

 Open to work in shifts

 Computer literacy (MS Office)

 Good command of English and Khmer (reading, writing, speaking)
