 Implement and support new change request development and coordinate with all stakeholders.

 Primary contact on Digital solution platform for service contractor and facilitate system enhancement/requirement with local/oversea vendor.

 Provide functional service support to core users on Digital solution platform.

 Troubleshoot functional issues with proper guidelines and documentation.

 Establish the functional document and business requirement gathering.

 Coordinate between business owners and service contractors on Digital solution projects.

 Manage resource planning, the scope of work defining and budgeting for Digital solution development milestones.

 Provide training and solutions to business users to improvement of user and customer experience in digitally enabled aspects.

 Manage documentation of the digital solution platform in the proper manner for each specific revised version

 System logic/flow diagram and application module must be well maintained

 Perform other tasks as assigned.

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Equivalent

 At least 5 years in development, customization, and operation, and hands-on experience in Digital solution platforms (Mobile App and Web App).

 Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and interpret ideas.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

 Solid experience in project management and Mobile App/web app development both UI and UX.

 Implementation and/or support experience with integration system/middleware service system.

 Strong communication skills and solid experience in data management.

 ability to develop the complicated data view to be a dashboard view report.

 Strong in business analysis, pleasant personality, and strong leadership with good commercial acumen coupled with excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
