• In charge of the overall group financial operation and management reporting

• Prepares and manages the group cash flow

• Prepares the comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts

• create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts

• Manages and oversees the daily operations of accounting functions for Cambodia manufacturing entities and Hong Kong Trading entities

• Responsible for planning, organizing and supervising the month-end, quarterly and year-end closing activities which include review and reconciliation of all general ledger accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring that records are complete, accurate and up to date with subsidiaries.

• Manage and oversees the daily operations activities of accounting function including AR and AP, payroll, inventory, fixed asset, provisions and accruals and other transactional assistance for Cambodia manufacturing entities and Hong Kong trading entities.

• Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to finance, accounting, and taxation

• Prepares financial statements and management reports

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management.

• Support with the annual local and consolidated audit including preparation of work papers for external auditor

-Strong knowledge of Costing, Inventory, fixed asset management,

- bachelor’s in finance or accounting

- strong excel skills

- problem solve along with analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and system optimization.
