• Perform risk and control assessment of the Group’s Companies and develop risk-based audit plans.

• Prepare audit scopes, programs, checklist and templates for audit reviews.

• Supervise a team of 1-2 auditors and conduct financial, operational and compliance reviews, and reports to management for effective improvements to business processes, Company’s policies and procedures, risk management and internal control systems.

• Provide consultancy and value-added services to the Group’s Companies by working closely with the finance, operation and management teams.

• Work with the Group’s internal auditors from other locations for selected projects.

• Based in Phnom Penh with required travels to other locations within Cambodia and overseas (including Vietnam, Myanmar and ASEAN countries as necessary)

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.

• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CIA or CISA.

• At least 6 years relevant working experience in external and/or internal audit. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.

• Exposure in manufacturing industry, preferably in apparel and accessories or similar industries.

• Able to lead audit team in risk assessment on businesses and operations for audit planning, scoping and execution.

• Exposure in investigation of irregular activities or malpractices is an advantage.

• Exposure in SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills.

• Good interpersonal skills, able to work closely with people at all levels within and outside the organization.

• Ability to maintain highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Able to work under pressure and work for long hours when necessary.

• Good time management skills to complete projects on time and work with multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel in domestic and out-of-town/overseas locations
