Jobs Description

Key Result Areas (KRA)

- Partner with all leaders of company for all HR topic discussion; conduct bi-weekly meetings with business leader, Marketing HR Head, and Regional HR Head to check in, update, and identify support needs

- Recruitment: hiring for company; work with agency to attract talent

- Ensure and drive good onboarding program for all new hires Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met.

- Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring

- Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department (COEs) to develop policies, programs, and solutions that answers the business needs

- Performance Management: designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves.

- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary

 - Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention

- Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the Ethic & Compliances department when necessary

- Challenges the organizational structure of the company Therapeutics and proposes changes

- Redefining employee experience, wellbeing and nurturing a culture of collaboration

- Understanding every avenue of the business function to its core – partner with leaders to obtain business information, trends and priorities and pro-actively ask questions to gain further insights 

- Adopting a forward-thinking approach to Performance and Talent Management- Clearly define business goals and objectives and ensure alignment among teams, develop and implement guidelines on how to attract, motivate and retain talent through effective succession planning.

- Managing ambiguity in a dynamic from the various key stakeholders, not restricting to just key responsibilities – create and implement change management strategies.

Jobs Requirement

- Master / bachelor’s degree in business, education, law, or related field

- Training accreditation/certification from reputable training institutions

Proficient in oral & written English

- At least 7 years’ experience in senior human resources role, professional development, training, or employee relations with reputed or multination companies.

- Current in-depth knowledge related to human resources and employee management, including compensation & benefits

Experience in HR role in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
