✓ Facilitating Product Delivery

- Take sales ticket from Servicing Representative and work with Fleet Team to ensure that client’s orders are lodged into daily delivery plan.

- Book and submit delivery plan with fleet team.

- Escalate back to Servicing Representative on availability.

✓ Facilitating Sales Invoice and Sales Order Issuance

- Take sales ticket from Servicing Representative and work with Invoice Team to ensure sales invoice and/or sales order are being issued on timely manner

- Prepare and submit sales order/sales invoice request.

- Escalate the request with credit issue (excess/overdue) to Relationship Management Team (CC. Servicing Representative).

- Escalate Invoice to Servicing Representative.

- Keep track of pending sales order ticket and escalate back to Servicing Representative

✓ Facilitate Quotation Issuance

- Take sales ticket from Servicing Representative and work with Invoice Team to ensure sales quotations are being issued on timely manner.

- Prepare and submit sales quotation request.

- Escalate the issuance of quotation to Servicing Representative.

✓ Facilitation of Delivery Progress Update

- Ensure that delivery progress can be tracked and updated by the client when requested.

- Produce live delivery progress link on GPS map.

- Get approval from Fleet Team to ensure that the links are properly created to avoid operational risk.

- Distribute the link to Servicing Representative

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or Related field.

- Some experience in Sales Support and corporate working environment is a plus.

- Good knowledge of English for communication - Good knowledge of MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook ….ect.
