• Manages all activities of E-Commerce Sales team in ensuring proper execution of company plan to deliver objectives and sales targets.

• Develops and manages E-Commerce team sales call, online store screening and key online partner visit plan to build better market understanding, strengthen trade relationship, update market intelligence and audit online partner compliancy to selling term and conditions.

• Supervises E-Commerce sales personnel and ensuring accurate execution of duties. Acts as a mentor to key talents to encourage their professional growth, and to ready them for the succession of higher positions in the future.

• Contributes in the development of overall sales programs in consistent with the customer trading agreements, policies and practices.

• Based upon data-driven insights, develops and implements annual, seasonal and tactical E-Commerce strategy and plans. Monitors and evaluates cycle activities to propose improvement plan and execution.

• Conducts and regularly updates online market researches and customer census and classification (CCC) to structurally understand the total online market potential, online store cluster demarcations and potential, cluster prioritizations for the development of E-Commerce strategy and plans.

• Develops, manages and measures performance of technology vendor relationships and works with relevant departments to manage the procurement and implementation of new technologies.

• Monitors, evaluates and analyses market dynamics, market segmentation, business opportunities, sales performance by online partner clusters and key accounts in order to provide recommendations and solutions to further enhance E-Commerce performance. This includes a detailed understanding of online customer and consumer behaviour, designing questions to be used for data mining and analysis and utilizing the various tools available to assist in implementing strategy and encouraging service innovation.

• Develops and implements roadmap for websites, pages, applications and online store's functionality. Defines and revises order fulfilment policies and procedures. Develops service recovery framework. Develops, manages and reviews e-commerce operations and processes.

• Manages sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns over digital platforms and customer retention and loyalty programs. Evaluate campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.

• Assesses potential partnership prospects and develops sales and commission packages of all services and products for online partners. Formulates detail trading terms and conditions to ensure commercial viability, profitability and partner compliancy.

• Establishes close working relationships with strategic partners – online stores, in order to gain high levels of supports and loyalty whilst enhancing understanding of the business environment and industry dynamics.

• Manages E-Commerce Sales budget processes and produces demand forecasting, sales reports, market intelligent reports in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.

• Collaborates with relevant stakeholders in ensuring accurate representation of the company and maintenance high level of business integrity in the industry and ensure compliance with legislation and internal policy.

• Provides Market information and reports on performance to ensure that the Head of Sales, Leadership Team and relevant team members are fully informed at all times and take appropriate response actions on a timely basis.

• Keeps the team abreast of changes in the industry inclusive of legislations, regulations and ensures that all Sales transactions across the section are in legal compliance.

Jobs Requirement

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably in marketing and digital.

The equivalent of the same in practical experience is also acceptable.


Experience:

At least 3 years of working experience in relevant fields

The candidate will also be better suited with experience in travel industry.


MS Office and Software:

Possess good computer skill, being proficient in Digital Social Apps, Ms Excel, Ms Outlook, and PowerPoint, which will all be necessary for the effective performance of the creation of reports, proposals and recommendations.
