- To manage the actual labor cost against the approved budget;

- To anticipate and raise the labor cost challenges, if any, to Head of HR &Admin and work closely with superior on the preventive measures;

- To develop and ensure the implementation of related staff compensation policies;

- To ensure staff compensation is competitive while the same time bring about sustainability of pay from a long-term business run perspective;

- To assist Head of HR & Admin on other related project development;

- To advise other related departments on relevant budget i.e. in Recruitment, Training and Operations;

- Be in charge of and implement the HR systems including Personnel informations, Payroll and other related reports needed;

- Manage the accurate and timely payment of all staff payroll and expenses, making the appropriate statutory deductions;

- Regularly review reward policies and practices to ensure that they are in line with market practice and meet their objectives.

- To work closely with the team and other related Head of Divisions on staff salary review and promotion salary adjustment, and

- Others tasks and accountabilities as requested by superior.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s of Business Management or related fields,

- At least five-years experience in compensation or other HR related works, which at least 5 years of experience in management level,

- Good command of English,

- Strong analytical skills,

- Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills,

- Positive attitude, and excellent team work,

- Computer literacy (Ms Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet, and Power point),

- Proven ability to work on a multiple task simultaneously,

- Proven evidence to move fast, be patient, and result driven, and

- Demonstration of high level of integrity and professionalism.
