Jobs Description

• To build strong and valuable relationships with staff, Managers, and other members of the HR & Admin

• Department, which contributes to the overall success of the business objectives;

• To ensure that HR operations team delivers their planned outcomes and that their agreed targets are met in line with the HR Plan.

• Monitor reports and advice on the performance of functions for which the HR Operations team is responsible;

• To ensure that processes for such tasks as, employee relations, change management, and systems are in place

• and are dealt with correctly and effectively and efficiently, coaching the Employee Relations Executive to deal with issues;

• To coach and develop staff and encourage continued learning and development of individuals within the unit that increases HR’s capacity and competence to meet current and future needs;

• To ensure that Head of HR & Admin is updated on operational issues;

• To ensure HR administration and services are properly handled. Manage Cleaner, Security, and maintenance team and give recommendations to Head of HR & Admin for improvement to ensure staff

• live and stay safely and securely;

• To proactively advise Head of HR & Admin on an effective and harmonious employee relations culture within the company;

• To ensure effective communication systems are in place

• To be responsible for employee care program management and advise Head of HR & Admin of issues and improvement;

• To assist Head of HR & Admin in managing assigned Company’s projects;

• To assist in implementing company’s policies, rules, and regulations;

• To coordinate with local or government officials when required; and

• To perform other tasks as required by the Superior

Jobs Requirement

• BBA in management (human resources management is a plus),

• At least 5 years of experiences working with the related areas,

• Professional qualifications of management, and leadership,

• Good command of English, both writing and speaking

• Experience in employee administration and HR policies, practices and procedures,

• Human relations skills including broad and in-depth experience so as to understand, recruit, retain, develop and motivate people,

• Good negotiation and influencing skills,

• Working knowledge of labor laws,

• MS Office skills (Words, Excel and PowerPoint),

• Proven ability to demonstrate urgency and customer-focus oriented attitude,

• Proven ability to work on a multiple task simultaneously,

• Proven evidence to move fast, be patient, and result driven,

• Demonstration of high level of integrity and professionalism
