_ Manage channel budgets and tactics to meet ROI & growth targets

_ Create insightful and timely reporting

_ Able to meet weekly and monthly KPI performance targets.

_ Monitor and analyze daily and weekly campaign performance and A/B test & optimize new images , copy,

audiences, and landing pages.

_ Provide regular reports on the paid Advertisement campaigns on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

_ Monitor, manage, and optimize paid, search, paid social , and other online media accounts.

_ Analyze campaign performance and create reports from analytics dashboard, google ,and fb ads.

_ Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance

_ Experience managing paid advertising budgets, tools and resources (including external agencies)

_ At least 3years of exposure in different Facebook and other paid marketing Platforms.

_ Google and Facebook ads certification .

_ Understanding of marketing ROI and how to calculate profitability based on CPI,CPC, CPM investment.

_ Creative problem -solver and analytical thinker and metrics-driven; ability to drive insights and trends from data.

_ Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive and multi-task in fast -paced environment.

_ Experience in Malaysia and SEA FB marketing and online industry is an advantage
