3. Responsible for the market QA management and feedback of all products and software platforms sold by company in XX region, assume the responsibility of FAE (failure analysis engineer), assist the relevant functional departments of the headquarters to analyze the defective products at the front line, locate the problems, assist the headquarters to find out the root causes, and track the effect of preventive and corrective measures taken by the headquarters, as a communication bridge between the customer QA department and the relevant functional departments of Dahua;

4. Responsible for rework management of market batch problems, develop rework service providers in XX region, and reduce rework Costs.

5. Responsible for the customer care work of Dahua in XX region, serve the sales team together with the solution colleagues, and be responsible for the satisfaction of company customers in XX region.

1. Under 35 years old;

2. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, major in computer network (more than 2 years of pre-sale or technical support experience in security industry is preferred)；

3. Be familiar with the integration and debugging of the security monitoring system, and master the network architecture, storage, platform business, etc;

4. QA Sense and FAE literacy;

5. Strong learning ability, able to work independently; Good communication, coordination, analysis and judgment skills；

6. Ability to write cases and training materials;

7. Chinese and local language are preferred as working languages, followed by English and local language.
