 Improving HR & Admin policies and processes for the betterment of the company.

 Maintain and update inventory list of fixed assets of the company.

 Arrange meetings, training and workshop including materials and facilities.

 Responsible for overall administrative tasks in the department.

 KPIs setting and evaluations; facilitates training when needed.

 Manage all recruitment processes, screening, shortlists, interview questionnaires, scheduling interview, and preparing job offer and employment contract.

 Onboarding new staff includes staff orientation and staff training.

 Create good and healthy working environment at workplace.

 Prepare weekly/monthly report to management.

 Other tasks assigned by management.

 Bachelor Degree in Management and or Human Resource Business Management

 More 03 years’ experience in human resource management or administration

 Extensive understanding of the HRM system, Cambodian Labor Law;

 Excellent communicational skills with the ability to converse with all people throughout the organization.

 Good and strong leadership and more friendly

 Hard working and high commitment

 Able to work under pressure and over time, hardworking, flexible and be patient

 Good English communication and writing.
