· Prepares tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

· Prepares budgetary cost estimates based on schematic/architectural design

· Understand pricing related to construction material such as civil, structure, finishing…etc.

· Evaluating the contractor’s progress claim

· Checking progress claim payment certificates Contractor/Sub contractor

· Site Inspection in urgent case

· Do monthly progress report

· Provide technical discuss

. Review the drawing

·  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or relevant skills

· At least 3-year-experience in Quantity Surveyor

· Strong understanding of construction process and sequence

· Site coordination and inspection experience

. Efficiency in construction base programs (CAD, Excel. etc..)
