 Creates and designs concept for develop towards all promotional advertising materials

 Coordinates and reviews with final artwork design before sending to production to product POS material such as

leaflets, x-stand, banners, billboards, flyers, etc.

 Shoots and edits photo & video (indoor and outdoor) for marketing activities

 Supports other departments in graphic designing works for support operation activity

 Assists to find the photo data and communicate with suppliers to request for Photo Data or Marketing Materials

 Maintains and updates the company’s website and social media platform relating to all product’s launching and

activities

 Reviews final artwork design and suggesting improvement if any required before sending to printing house

 Provides support on marketing related works and backup team

 Prepares monthly design report

 Other tasks as assigned by Direct Supervisor

 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Arts, or related fields.

 1-2 years’ experience design role.

 F&B or hospitality background is a MUST.

 Good at Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Digital (UI, UX, Sketch), Typography & Typesetting or

related skills

 A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

 A keen eye for aesthetics and details

 Excellent communication skills

 Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

 Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
