 Guide Marketing team in planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies that help improve customer base

 Set targets, monitor KPIs, submit data reports to ensure consistent performance of campaigns

 Establish systematic workflows to ensure timely delivery of marketing services

 Review business reports, conduct surveys, and optimize top-of-the-funnel campaigns with a targeted approach

 Oversee the execution of promotional campaigns on our social media platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, etc.)

 Identify and recommend opportunities for revenue growth by conducting market research and evaluating trends

 Provide necessary feedback to the Marketing team on key observations after analyzing campaign reports, ad

budgets, etc

 Communicate well with Production, Partnership to make a better communication and bring effective public brand awareness

 In charge of Outdoor activation and work closely with supplier, B2C, and other representatives

 Monitor competitions (acquisitions, pricing changes, new products, and features)

 Worked closely with Graphic Designers to ensure the quality and creativity of the artworks are in line with brand

guideline

 Other task assigned by Direct Supervisor

 Bachelor degree in Marketing, Media Management or Equivalent

 2-3 years experiences in marketing field

 F&B or hospitality background is a MUST

 Being analytically strong, making data-driven decisions and optimizing the digital marketing strategy using metrics and regular analytics

 Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members

 Your copywriting skills will be top notch.

 Broad experience across digital and offline marketing channels.

 Good experience of working with sales teams.
