·      Control, prepare, and register all kind of documents incoming and outgoing

·      Receiving site inspection request and material inspection request as per site engineer/QA-QC engineer requirement

·      Tracking and checking all of incoming and outgoing documents between consultant, client, main contractor and sub-contractor

·      Keeping all documents in hard and soft copy (scan)

·      Control Technical Document register to ensure the status of all technical documents until getting the approval

·      Report and record main power of Sub-contractor as they work at actual site for daily

·      Making the Agenda for weekly Meeting (Internal)

·      Making Minutes of Meeting for Internal & External

·      Make the request of access cards and vehicles access permit for company staffs and sub-contractor to enter the site Help the Project Manager in administrative duties and processes

JOB REQUIREMENT:

·      Bachelor’s degree Civil Engineering & Architecture or relevant skills

·      At least 2 years experiences in Document Control some experiences in relation to this field.

·      Understand PMC submittal procedures
