- Daily review and verify invoices, reimbursement and check requests

- Check invoices against checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly

- Identify invoice with discrepancies and resolve them

- Correspondent with vendors and respond to inquiries

- Track all expenses and process expense reports

- Release payment to vendor as following schedule

- Prepare and process local and oversea payments

- Prepare and perform check runs

- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately

- Prepare payment voucher and official receipt

- Post transactions into system

- Support month-end and year-end close process.

- Bachelor degree graduate Accounting, Finance and Banking or/and related fields

- One-year experience in accounting

- Commit to meet deadline project and time management skills

- Good mathematical, computer skills, good in English

- Often alongside accounting professionals

- The ability to multi-task and manage the time

- High-level numerical skills

- Confidentiality, good interpersonal, communication, safety awareness and team work.
