Job Description

•Manage, implement and support the day-to-day of IT operational works.

•Responsible for end-user’s computer issues and General IT technical support.

•Report to line manager for any critical issues found.

•Maintain and administer of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and Server Hardware.

•Maintain computer hardware and software such as Servers, Printers, Finger Print, Network Devices and other utilities including virus cleaning.

•Coordinate and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software and hardware.

•Manage the server and system backup to ensure that all school data is fully backed up.

•Network and Server Configuration including File Server, Mail Server, Bandwidth Management, Wireless Connection…etc.

•Manage, maintain the Camera Security.

•Update the school website and Email Administration.

•Adapt the company environment with the up-to-date technologies.

•Other technical tasks will be assigned by Management team.

Job Requirements

•Bachelor degree of Computer Science, Information Technology or relate fields.

•2 years of experience in IT field.

•Experience in Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, File Server, Backup.

•Experience in Virtualization Technology such as VMware and Hyper-V.

•Experience in MikroTik RouterBoard.

•Experience in Web CMS (wordpress) and Email Administration.

•Experience in Database Management (SQL).

•Experience in Wireless Networking.

•Experience in Camera Security and Time Attendance Management.

•Good management, interpersonal, organization, problem solving.

•Willing to learn and update with new technology.

•Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
