- Manage the sales team and achieve/exceed company revenue targets

- Enforcing compliance with company procedures with sales staff (Pipedrive, Telegram, Slack etc)

- Implementation and monitoring of quarterly KPI targets with sales team

- Recording and reporting sales transactions weekly to the senior management

- Overseeing the collection and distribution of any payments, commissions or deposits to the company to ensure funds are correctly secured, reported and deposited into the company account.

- Liaise with the Finance Department to ensure compliance to invoicing/payment procedures.

- Recruitment and hiring of sales staff

- Liaising with CEO, COO & GM to communicate properties and developments while identify key areas for improvement

- Liaising with Leads Team to ensure smooth handover process and servicing of leads accordingly

- Assist in developing training material for new & existing agents

- Host regular training sessions to upskill the sales team

- English fluency and any other language is a bonus

- A passion for sales and results-driven

- Ideally, 3 years experience in real estate

- A knowledge of Cambodia and specific regions

- Customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible

- Enthusiasm innovative tech focused sales tools (CRM)

- Any real estate sales experience in another country is a bonus but not required.
