Job Description

1. Supervise all direct and indirect project sales

2. Handling sales and follow up on key accounts

3. Leverage special events and marketing opportunities to sell products at high volumes

4. Public Relations

5. Develop and execute a sale strategy targeting direct and indirect project customer groups (Apartments, Condo, Designer, constructors, etc...)

6. Updating professionals and consultants with latest products and specs, trying to spec our products into their residential/commercial projects

7. Coordinate with other divisions / departments to expand product coverage and limit overlap

8. Occasionally fill in for existing sales representative servicing existing accounts

9. Generate regular sale report

10. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales when needed

11. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

2. 1-3 years related experience

3. Experienced (Non-manager)

4. Self-starter and willingness to learn and develop

5. Good English, Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills

6. Business Administration or Completion of Training Courses in Sales and/or Marketing

7. Product knowledge or industries experience

8. Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information

9. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies

10. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
