- Book spots and benefits into System

- Prepare and review Break Plan in system

- Contact to receive tape from clients/agencies

- Inform affected spots to clients/agencies

- Prepare Monthly Reports (Missed Spot, Number of Spot, Spot-airing Reconciliation... etc.)

- Perform other tasks assigned by manager

- Student Year 3-4/Fresh graduate/ BBA in Business or related skills

- Computer literate (Microsoft excel, familiar with any system is an advantage)

- Good Interpersonal skills, hardworking and commitment to timeline

- Good Common in spoken and written in English

- Be flexible, honest and active
