• Support sales executives with all sales administration, contract management duties throughout the sales cycle.

• Keeping CRM database up-to-date with new, current, and old sales information

• Prepares daily, weekly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Make calls to arrange meetings with and show potential customers around a property and answers enquiries as needed

• Develop and maintain a relationship with customers and other stakeholders

• Conduct and update research on competitors and market conditions.

• Ensure that client profiles and all required documents are accurate and complete

• Liaise between accounting and clients to follow up payments

• Distributing from time-to-time supplied advertising to promote the property

• Support marketing in event preparation and management

- High school diploma or GED.

- An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.

- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.

- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.

- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.

- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
