** Duties & Responsibilities

- Understand and comply with the company’s products, services, profile, policies and processes

- Check and follow up the payments with customers

- Check collection and outstanding with internal team of Billing and collection

- Issue invoices, receipts for customers

- Check the validity of debit accounts

- Update accounts receivable into accounting system

- Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines

- Work closely with Sales, Sales Service, CRM on data and information of orders, charges, outstanding and collection

- Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients

- Follow up, chase up payments via phone calls, emails, chats, visits

- Prepare cash collection report

- Other tasks / projects assigned by direct manager

** Essential Qualifications

- Higher education degree of Accounting or Business Administration

- Knowledge or experience in tax will be additional advantage

- Good organizing and time management

- Skills of following up, chasing up and following through

- Good experience in account receivables and collection

- Accuracy, attention to details

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software (i.e. Peachtree, Quickbook, Sage)

- Interpersonal communication & sociability

- Service driven & procedure oriented

- Responsiveness & sense of urgency

- Flexibility & adaptability
