** Job purpose

The SALE Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and boosting the sales of the stores and areas assigned to them. They also actively inspect sales activity and effort among sales associates ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations.

** Direct reports

Regional Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Area Sales Supervisors, Channel Supervisors, Merchandising team, Retail Specialist, Human Resource department, Store OICs

- Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field

- Familiar with the mobile phone market in a certain region of the Cambodia , Phnom Penh

- Familiar with retail customers in the area, with rich retail store management and store customer experience maintenance

- Mobile phone industry experience not less than 2 years

- Must be aggressive and persuasive

- Experience as a supervisor or team leader specializing in sales or equivalent

- Proficient in MS Office applications
