• Lead and control over the infrastructure structure side of the projects to ensure happen as per the set plan.

• Facilitate the project to ensure running smoothly.

• Coordinates the timely processing and approvals of all shop drawings to and from subcontractors and architects/engineers.

• Coordinate with Project Managers to timely process change requests and change orders.

• Maintain a high level of productivity of all projects. Balance a large number of concurrent tasks. Effectively prioritize efforts.

• Foresee necessary work and organize and disseminate information as needed. Maintain project schedules.

• Distribute drawing and design revisions, bulletins, etc. to Project Manager, Supervisor and all trades.

• Communicate effectively, both verbal and written. Prepare weekly construction reports with photos, schedule, etc.

• Provide related feedback to the deployment, development, and engineering team on how to design equipment and sites for better/faster/cheaper site builds. Help design and implement those improvements.

• Perform engineering duties in overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures, and facilities, such as roads, irrigation projects, pipelines, water and sewage systems.

• Maintaining a professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.

• Providing training and support to subordinates.

• Ensuring operating environments stay safe and secure.

• Performing other tasks as assigned by superior.

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• 10+ years experiences with real estate, experience in the design and construction of roads, bridges, camps, jetties, water treatment, waste management facilities, and industrial buildings/warehouses.

• Excellent English Language.

• Site Infrastructure experience is a must.

• Team Player Skills and Problem-Solving Skills.

• High Confidence and Strong Personality.

• Advanced organizational skills.

• Must know how to use database systems management software, enterprise resource planning software, and web platform development software.
