Jobs Description

• Assist Admin Manager to manage day to day tasks.

• Process daily attendant by corresponding to all working sites.

• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding and scanning, etc.

• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and mails.

• Make travel arrangement such as booking hotel, car, etc.

• Support Cook to deliver Lunch for site staffs on daily basis.

• Manage driver to make sure the driver has perform his duty well.

• Record food expense and report to Admin/HR on weekly.

• Perform other tasks if needed.

Jobs Requirement

• Freshly graduate High school degree or Bachelor's degree in business administrative or related field.

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Intermediate English speaking skill.

• Goal-oriented, organized team player, being able to work with staff at all levels

• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.

• Be proactive with high responsibility on job assigned, be patient and willing to learn.
