• Coordinating stock control operations with Procurement Executive, as well as the sales and finance departments on purchasing and stock in process.

• Analyzing supplies data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock.

• Evaluating vendors and suppliers’ offers and negotiating profitable purchase prices.

• Placing and receiving orders to replenish stocks as needed.

• Maintaining a steady flow of stock from storage to where it is needed.

• Performing regular inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within budget.

• Maintain vendor list.

• Manage office equipment and repair.

• Freshly graduate on logistics, business administration, or experience in related field preferred.

• Knowledge of inventory management principles.

• Good negotiation, collaboration, and communication abilities.

• Good organizer, being helpful and willingly to learn new skill.

• Good English speaking skill

• Competency Computer skill such as MS office /Excel, Internet and email.

• Perform other tasks.
