- Product introduction

• Technical definition: defines technical specifications of new products, based on clients’ criteria and industry standards

• Sourcing: support the sourcing team with the identifying and screening of new products

• Testing: develop a testing method, carry out test procedures, develop test reports and present it to management

* Output:

Test methods, Product Vetting, Test report

- Product improvement

• Product Performance: Review why products have low customer satisfaction scores, what can be done about this, and review solutions

• Monitor service cases, by working hand in hand with service team to prevent and decrease the number of service cases

• Suggest product improvements: Design and implement improved product features contributing to better operational impact and cost-benefit

* Output:

Product performance report, service case analysis, product improvement

- Internal communications

• Work together with all the other Desks in the company to ensure a smooth project rollout.

• Support the development of communications out to other desks to promote an understanding of how products work.

* Output:

Product specification, Product memos, installation procedures

- Technical support and training

• Provide technical training and support to technical teams through on the job training of site surveys and installations for new products, and group training to technical teams for each launched product

• Provide advisory services to pilot clients on new products and its application

* Output:

Product trainings, client visits

• Degree in Agricultural mechanization, Irrigation engineering, and/or 5-10 relevant experience working in the irrigation sector and/or agricultural machinery.

• An entrepreneurial mindset combined with the excitement for technology

• Affinity with the agricultural sector

• Willingness to travel to other provinces, especially in rural areas for specific projects

• Willingness to be working from Siem Reap

• Experience with irrigation design, water pump installation and service

• Competence in Microsoft office & technical design programs

• English language skill is required
