1. Answer and redirect inbound calls on all lines.

2. Make outbound calls to obtain authorizations to proceed with orders to customers and to resolve order issues to customer satisfaction.

3. Communicate with sales staff to verify all information is correct and clear up any missing information or inconsistencies on orders

4. Acquire knowledge of customer base for all companies. Understand and be able to use correct catalogs to complete orders and answer customer questions

5. Provide back-up support to office manager and graphics personnel as needed. Sales manager may also ask for assistance.

6. Maintain file systems and daily filing tasks for all orders.

7. Update transportation book with daily transportation logs.

8. Checking Stock on hand and allocate

9. Working with warehouse team closely to understand the update

10. Receive sale order from Sale admin and issue billing

11. Arrange booking truck for delivery to customer

12. Other duties assign by manager

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance or related fields

• Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in Sale Administration

• Knowledge of computer program (MS. Office and Outlook, internet email)

• Quick learner and has an understanding of the company products

• Understanding numerical data

• Being proactive and flexible

• Good interpersonal skill

• Language: Proficient in Khmer & English;
