Customer Service SOP

• Work closely with line manager to develop and implement the customer service policy and standard operating procedure for the company

• Execute customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department

• Learn about organization’s services and keep up to date with changes.

Customer Coordination & Support

• Handle face-to-face, via phone and email inquiries from customers.

• Provide help and advice to customers using organization’s products or services.

• Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.

• Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

• Analyze statistics or conduct the survey to determine the satisfaction level of customer service and suggest the improvement areas

• Ensure that customer complaints are resolved in a professional manner.

• Other tasks assign by Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in business admin, management, or related fields

• At least 2 years of working experience as customer services, client coordination or related

• Strong negotiation, communication, and people skills

• Good appearance, Organized, Multi-tasking & Independent

• Good written, oral communication and presentation skills in English

• Self-motivated, helpful, friendly, fast learner & love the challenges
