Risk & Compliance

• Work closely with the head, risk & compliance to identify the organizational risk such as financial risk, operational risk, people risk and other.

• Co-create the standard operating procedure of risk & compliance function especially in core system of Zillion United in trading & swap such as authorization, documents, requirements, control, and monitoring program.

• Assist to implement and administer anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) policies and procedures

• Assist in the compliance function of the trust-related business

• Conduct Client Due Diligence for onboarding of new clients, including screening client through World Check and other on-line search

• Assist in organizing meetings with business heads with regards to compliance matters, including risk management

• Assist with compilation of data and preparation of reports for submission to line manager

• Carry out compliance monitoring program to ensure that the business is conducted in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures

• Maintain Register of High-Risk Clients, and monitor the transactions of such clients

Deliver and track AML training to all staff

Ad Hoc Projects:

• Take charge in some ad hoc projects assigned by line manager

• Keep Senior Management up to date with new developments in the Ad hoc duties / projects assigned

• At least bachelor’s degree in Risk& Compliance, Laws, finance, ACCA, business administration or related field

• One year of working experience in risk, compliance, legal or other would be preferred

• However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

• Experience or knowledge in establishing the risk & compliance’s SOP would be an advantage

• Good written, oral communication and presentation skills in English
