- Manage daily operations of store to meet store goals and sales target, and shrinkage

- Provide direction and guidance to store staff in the performance of their assigned duties and responsibilities

- Develop positive shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction

- Ensure monitoring of product expiry and perform necessary action and coordination

- Perform inventory control to avoid over stock and low stock

- Manage product storage and rotation activities to reduce spoilages and damages

- Ensure that grocery shelves are maintained clean and organized

- Ensure that shelves are loaded with fresh products all the times

- Maintain the store clean, safe and appealing

- Visits competitors to get information relating to products, styles, prices, and services, and implement details of useful findings in the store to improve the quality of service delivery.

- Experienced in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar.

- Knowledge of product and consumer trends.
