1.Overall Sales Strategy Management of S-Chhnganh

2.Responsible for the design and implementation of the sales strategic plan to push sales volume and growth.

3.Supervise all sales activities, applications process, and coordinate training /coaching activities to improve sales staff skills effectively.

4.Lead and manager a team of sales personnel.

5.Set KPI for Marketing and sales team monthly sales target for next month's plan.

6.Set JD for each subordinate and also evaluate their performances, and Develop SOP

7.Prepare sales activities reports for CEO.

8.Managing all sales channels as food, services, and ensuring daily operations function well.

9.Develop and manage sales dealer network activities in Phnom Penh and provinces, following the S-Chhnganh's target.

10.Provide product training to dealers in Phnom Penh and in the province.

11.Establish a network and build a good report with new clients.

12.Building Brand Image of S-Chhnganh and Sales S-Chhnganh Franchise

13.Other tasks assigned by management.

o Bachelor’s Degree in Sales Marketing, Economics, Business Management or Related field

o At least 5 years of experience in sales management FMCG industry.

o Excellent track record in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets & KPIs.

o Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

o Data analysis skills

o Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills

o Good English proficiency, both written and spoken

o Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
