- Handle customer environment and manage requests and complaints

in a positive, professional manner

- Show passion about his/her work, the products we serve, and the brand

- Maintain a high knowledge about all company products

- Maintain motivation, communication within shop’s team and a

- Supervise shop staff and ensure all company rules and procedures

are followed

- Assist with training activities for shop staff

- Maintain high standard of ethics, integrity, personal conduct, and

appearance. Implement company standards, policies, and

procedures

- Undertake duties as required by store manager and assistant store

manager

- Assist in the execution of brand promotions

- Delegate responsibilities to shop staff as appropriate

- Follow all procedures

- Previous customer service experience in a

Food & Beverage industry

- Knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial

- Must be available to work flexible hours

- Must have completed high school / secondary

school education
