-Initiating, organizing, and leading the execute event

-Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)

-Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success

-Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events

-Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)

-Research vendors (catering, decorators, etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost

-Lead promotional activities for the event

-Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms

-Coordinate all operations

-Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur

-Analyze the event’s success and handling post-event reports

-Other tasks assigned by management.

-Proven experience as event coordinator

-A proven track record of organizing successful events

-Proficient in MS Office

-Excellent vendor management skills

-Knowledge of basic recruitment practices

-Outstanding communication and negotiation ability

-Well-organized with multi-tasking skills

-Able to handle stress and remain calm

-Problem-solving ability

-Degree in hospitality management, public relations or -relevant field is preferred
